welll im blackk and with my dreads i just liike twisted them like a 2 strand twist..no wax..no nothingg just hair moisturizer andd all i did was twist it and leave it :) and it workedd :)

what's the point of wanting to have the locks and already asking wether you can cut them off???? if you're not sure you want them, chances are you don't want them bad enough...

No, you can just simply wash and comb out dreads. get some dam good conditioner and a few hours.
