@skolnick14 eric peterson is very underated he writes all the riffs and has an awesome solo in trail of tears and i never likes alex because people say hes so good but theres no solos that they mention or that people know like megadeth with holy wars hangar 18 tornado of souls wake up dead etc + i think there boring as shit not bashing because i love testament but he should put more effort into writing

@larsloveskirk yeah Skolnick is just as good. maybe not as...original...but skolnick solos are brilliantly composed and fit the songs perfectly.(and were probably improvised which is amazing) Skolnick has superb technique and chops, plus his licks are just tasty. real identifiable style too.
