Boyd Bushman doesn't know what the hell he is talking about. Boyd is trying to describe inductive levitation. This is the very technology used in maglev trains. It has nothing at all to do with antigravity. It is simple magnetic levitation.

@slanderousndgs I don't know about that plan you pointed to but yes, free energy is possible. Beyond what is required to mine and manufacture the parts and put them all together, yes free once you start the device up. No fuels of any type for the life of its operation. No outside magnetic forces to hope will be there. This means it will operate anywhere we want to go, even beyond any planetary or solar fields. I am guessing less than $one million can build a prototype.
