dis was in China,back in 2006,J-Rich hit da 360 under da legs dunk off an alley. Nate attempted da off da bounce between da legs.
J-Rich won dis one.

J-Rich could've won 2004 dunk contest easily,he didn't even need da 360 rider off alley or da 360 elbow in da rim off alley,he could do a windmill or something n thats enough for him 2 win.he could do both of those dunks clearly,jus da rules back den were way more stricted,he was holding back when he was attempting da 360 rider,n did it in dis video.his 360 elbow hang was successful,jus he was unlucky da ball came out.

AgentZTN seriously if I, could certainly dunk, then even you can, I am just 5ft 7inches no lie! Pretty much just follow a real course like the one I am using 50 inch vertical (dot) com, it'll improve your jump/rebounding and your speed.
