As BlueSharingan01 said, the name of the song is "Light Velocity (Version Two)" but this was unreleased and to not confuse it, the title goes by the menu it corresponds with. Hope this helps.

Ah yes, the good old days of trying to complete this game 100%, nope, never! The Endurance races I couldn't beat. Either my PS2 and or GT4 would freeze, or I would fall asleep without pausing! Wake up and see that I'm about 40 - 60 laps behind with only a couple minutes left! WTF! :'D
