Just so you know, "ch" in german isn't necessarily pronounced as "ck". It can be pronounced as "sh" or if you're Scottish (or familiar with Scottish pronunciation) similarly to the ch in loch. I'm not sure why, but pronouncing ch as ck gets on my nerves a little. (probably due to the fact that I used to be a perfectionist when I was younger)

In informal form, it's 안녕? 난 Bendi야.

In this case, I would use informal form as it fits his character more.
