So i have to buy a bluetooth capability light?
-
@Broo02 wow thanks for the info
-
@iPodTouch5311 Galaxy Tab doesn't have an IR transmitter; you would need a device like the Griffin Beacon or Harmony Link.
-
@iTzKiNG1 The sony tablet has a built-in IR remote transmitter- so it is like a Logitech Harmony Remote- you tell it what TV/Receiver you have and it gives you controls.
Another option for the iPad is the Griffin Beacon or the Logitech Harmony Link (about $70 to $100/ea) that will take a Bluetooth command from iOS and relay out an IR signal.

how is possible to use as a control remote for tv can someone explain what does it need? like i pad needs stupid apple Tv what does this sony tablet need do u have to pay an additional 100 bucks to control ur tv?
-
@supersamonhalo although voice control function needs a large data base and time to work it out , but I still think it's a cool idea.

@hockeygod33 You know what bro , I talked to my engineer as an UI visual design , he said this function is so stupid that no one would ever do that at home , what can I say I'm just an UI designer.

is there a way to put this app on the Samsung galaxy tab 7 plus
-
Will this connect to my bell satellite controls or simply the actual TV's controls?
it could get even better if it was then voice active, you spoke volume up, and the tablet would do it
