This glitch still works.
You need to be a Feral Charge Druid, a Warrior, a SS Rogue, or a Demon Lock.
You simply disrupt the chickens, target one that's going into the wall, and about a second later charge or SS it.

Alliance get it from a quest (or quest chain, can't remember) in Auberdine, and horde from Thunderbluff/Barrens.
I done it so long ago, and I don't even play anymore, so it's hard to help :P
Just go to ThottBot[dot]com and search Bear Form.
