You said in another video that pronation is not a teach. Please explain how your pitchers are pronating their forearm at release. Given the movement on the curves it looks like they are throwing pull supinated curves. It is hard to tell without high speed film. In any event the pitching arm should not come across the front of the body.

kharma1111 - Appreciate your comments. For Mike Marshall group members I can understand all that you may have concern with. As for understanding the game and the way it should be taught for the MLB. I have to stick with this approach. Those I coach want to make it to the MLB someday. Health is not an issue, because preparation takes precedence. I am sorry. I can't lead them down a road of healthy mediocrity. The only teach for pronation is the strengthening factor. Pronation occurs.
