I just tried this today, not sure where I went wrong but the first time it was too diluted so acted like water. the second time too concentrated that it burned my eyes D=

Walmart sells Glycerin in the pharmacy section.

I tried this to make a mac fix plus product. instead of just purified water, i used an organic product called witch hazel beauty tonic which had purified water, witch hazel, tea tree and vitamin c. It really made my mineral foundation last much longer! thanks so much for the idea!

CVS sells a liquid glycerin for $4.99
RiteAid (as Koren mentioned) sells it.
Walgreens sells one for $5.99
You might also be able to find it at Target, ShopKo and Walmart in the pharmacy area OR they maybe able to special order it for you.
Other brands include:
Africare 100% Glycerin Oil
Gabels
Ben Nye
You might also be able to find it in a health food store or higher end grocery store that specializes in organic products. Good luck!
