very very odd that this remarkable tune is nowhere in the film: strange, why not justput it over the credits, instead it was recorded for money a record say, but

it just dont make sense folks something this melodic should have been somewhere in the movie with those other songs that were

@doctornoooo I have not watched Rio Bravo for at least 2 years (what am I doing!?!) but I sort of remember the music is in the movie, without lyrics and at a much faster tempo. Was it at beginning of the movie... :S

I obviously know nothing about music - or at least singing - because I think this song typifies just what a lovely voice and singing style Dean Martin had. They rave about Frank Sinatra ... pah, there's more music in a single phrase by Dean than in a whole song by the almost tuneless Chairman of the Board.

The tune was the theme of the movie, but you only hear Dean Martin singing one short chorus refrain at the very end of the final credits. A shame, a nice song, suited for Dean's interpretive style.
