Outdoor Walking is one of the Small Group Training classes offered at Asphalt Green. Walking improves fitness! This class takes you out of the gym and into nature. Walking groups are a safe and fun way to add activity to your day while socializing and making new friends. Walking is a great cardiovascular exercise that can strengthen your heart, improve your cardiovascular function, lower your blood pressure. It's also a great way to lose weight. You will receive a pedometer at your first class to track your steps.
