To me the arm lock is legal, Korean apply the armlock while on the ground, not standing arm lock. I have seen this technique used serveral times in judo matchs, just do a search on youtube. If Japanese's arm is really broken, how did he fight at full force in his next 2 matches and went on to win the world championship. Look at the score, Korean is leading with only 20 seconds left. To me Japanese is the one who looked for a way out.
