Maryfi is a free Windows 7 application that turns your laptop into a real Wi-Fi hotspot to share the Internet with friends, co-workers, and mobile devices. Maryfi allows you to take any Internet connection and share it wirelessly with no additional hardware, wires, plugs, or chargers.
You can then easily connect any number of WiFi enabled devices to your personal network including laptops, phones, gaming systems, and more. WiFi enabled devices can see and join your Maryfi hotspot just like any other WiFi access point and are kept safe and secure by rock solid WPA2 Encryption.
This is not a simple Ad-hoc connection, its a full blown Access Point allowing you to host or repeat a network and receive an Internet connection at the same time, using one Wi-Fi card.
