Personal Growth seekers are constantly talking about those pesky limiting beliefs that block us from having or creating what we want in life. However, finding them and getting rid of them isn't as easy as it may seem. I really love this NLP (Neuro-Linguistics Programming) exercise called the Limiting Belief Audit for discovering ALL the limiting beliefs we may have around a particular goal or area of our lives that we may be stuck. While I had been using similar questions through the years, it really came together for me through the book Sleight of Mouth by Robert Dilts (NLP Master Trainer).
