On May 5th the UK Public gets the chance to vote in changing the way their political representative in the National Parliament are elected, from First Past The Post to Alternative Voting.
AV means MPs need to capture 50% of the electorates, and not just rely and hoping that on their "core" voters are more populous than the other candidates'.

We need to vote "YES".
Then we can vote with our consciences by entering "1" - and vote tactically using "2"
So the ballot at 0:53 - would have a "1" for the candidate I wanted and a "2" for reasonable tactical candidate.
