watch out for vanishing creams they are usually meant for spot treating dark spots, sun spots etc. should be used at night and never, never go out into sun without a high spf over it..usually not meant to be slathered over whole face..anyhow I might be wrong but you might do some checking..hence the term vanishing cream to vanish your spots and discoloration
