if anyone ever found a shoe box there sometime after the 1990 or so with what appeared to ne chicken wing remains, that was my bird 'banans' whom we gave a nice burial in the middle of the night
so many great memories ob lanikai...kicking hackey sack and drinking green bottlesr at the boat ramp...the mid 70's parties at the light house before they put up the big curb to keep us out...those were the daze

Nice Vid. I always went to Makapu'u and never really gave Lanikai much thought. Big mistake....lol

That is one of the best feelings in the world. After walking down the path and it finally opens out on to an epic beach. Love that feeling!!

i left my boogie board in that pathway lol didnt want to carry back through the airport hope someone got some use out of it -wish i was walking through there again

Thank you for this! This was the exact same path me and my wife took last summer. Beautiful beach although we did get a parking ticket for obstructing the road. Lame.
