Nice shells man! I think your stars need to be bigger on the 3in shells, i dont know if you press ,roll ,or cut them.

when a star is to small you wont get a big symetrical break as a real 3" shell does.

Typically a star for a 3" shell should be the size of a marble.

i thing the problem i was that i ball milled my c6 comp a little too much causing it to burn really fast.....

these were my first batch of 3 inch shells so as u can tell i need some work ... thanks
