Just looking for the video, the beautifully nonsensical rant by Mr. Hitchcock was icing on the cake. I actually saw this on post modern and had totally forgotten it. AND COMMERCIALS TO BOOT! I can't thank you enough.

You don't by any chance have a recording of Robyn singing "One Long Pair of Eyes" live in the MTV studios when he hosted this show, do you? It actually may have been when he hosted 120 Minutes, but either way it was a life-changing performance. I probably have the VHS somewhere, but I imagine it's in pretty horrid shape by now.

The man is a god among insects. I remember watching this originally. Last saw him live in '09 with the Venus 3. Remains a gift to humanity.

I just have to say again, remembering recording on VHS, this copy is really really good quality. You must have had a NICE VHS recorder and taken care of it over the years, not watching it much ETC. Seems to me you kept this like a gem. Honestly, I don't think it could be much better if it all... wonderful... THANK YOU!

Great quality for old VHS!!! Thank you much! Love this video, and love the introduction, wonderful. Indeed there was a time MTV actually did cool stuff. They really need to take the M out, my opinion. I mean during the day they still played mostly crap, but then those great late night shows, Post Modern, the show that turned into 120 minutes... can't remember the name of that one. Then there was Alternative Nation I think? Whatever. Love the song and the nostalgia! Thank you!
