The 2011 Donegal Cycle Challenge was completed by 16 riders, raising £47,000 for PACE. This is our film record of our incredible trip to the small community of Annagry in County Donegal, Ireland. The destination was chosen, because a PACE child's mother, grew up in this beautiful, but distant part of the world!
You can join us on our next 2012 PACE Viva España Cycle Challenge, which is a ride from North to South, across Spain. A 5 day ride from Bilbao to Barcelona. That's around 500 miles in 5 days, and takes in the lower slopes of the Pyrenees, but not the Tourmalet, although there could also be opportunities to select tougher climbs along route, to test yourself further!
Choice of flight out from a London airport to Bilbao on Sunday evening 23 September. Ride begins early Monday 24 September, arriving Barcelona Friday 28 September.
The weekend of the 29/30 September is a time to relax in beautiful Barcelona, and is an ideal opportunity for family and friends to come and meet you for the weekend.
The personal contribution is £375pp (£150 deposit to secure your place, followed by £225 balance in August 2012). This represents amazing value for a 5 day cycling trip, 7 nights B&B accommodation, two flights and full van support. PACE will help and motivate you to raise as much money as possible for this incredible cycle challenge across Spain.
