  • @th14foreva If the car is stationary for more than a few seconds you do need to use the hand brake. However it's not just because you would fail the test, this is best practice for every driver. When learning to drive you a learning a skill for life, not just to get past a test.

  • good advice. Got my test tomorrow =).... nervous

  • i love that music...lol

  • I passed my test a while back and have recently been driving around. When driving alone at first can be daunting - especially on motorways or big 5 lane roundabouts, always be aware of other road users, as they can also be the hazard ie: wrong lane and want to cut across. If you know where you need to be just remember other are not quite so sure.

  • thanks for the help at the current stage in my lessons i am learning to look ahead earlier to make monovers quicker and easier so this is helpful. i do look out for pedestrian crossings but this has helped me be more aware of them and what to look out for.

  • u ain't gonna fail your test if you don't use hand brake at a pedestrian crossing. what a load of bull! i've never used it ever.
