rofl and you kids are idiots who are denying this. why do you think someone would even fake this in the first place? the HUD is completely perpendicular with the screen, as it should be, so how could he possibly separate the HUD from the rest of the screen?

OK, stop with the whole he was tilting the camera... I use a Dazzle DVC-170 to record my gameplay and it's common sense, if I tilted my so-called "camera" then why is the HUD level? If it was a camera or tv tilt, everything would have that same angle. Pause the video and look and you can clearly see its just glitched.
