This technique is very unique, 1-No conjunctival flap 2-No cautery 3-No crescent 4-No side port 5-No rhexis 6-No dye 7-Direct entry with the capsulotome?
Economic and quick ,but more chances of complications by any hand.

well we are not competing with machines.
our aim is to provide a surgery with short duration of time ,good results for our scenerio where still most of cataract patients are either mature or hypermature .
