  • he needs more time in tha playoffs, i prefer him than ryan anderson, they will get more rebounds with him on the court

  • coach Stan Van Dumby decides -at the end of the season- it's a good idea to start giving Bass consistent playing time (10 or less mins per game)

He realizes he'll need size for the playoffs but Bass hasn't been given the chance to get his groove going. If the magic had a coach who wasn't an idiot Bass would be the starting forward.

Bass is a bulky PF who can also step out and hit a 15-footer. Perfect compliment to Howard who at 6'11" is very athletic but not all that big for being a center.

  • He is a great scorer, with power and finesse. He seems to force it a little though since he has been getting so little playing time lately.

At one point in the season, when he was getting playing time, I checked his stats and he scored the most per minute on the magic.

  • I wish he got some more playing time. This man is such a great player and is a beast when given the chance.

With a roster so deep the sad truth is that he probably will rack up alot more DNPs unless there is an injury or...a new coach.

  • so much talent, so little minutes.

  • The Magic play a perimeter 4 spot to keep the double off Dwight and create space. Its a lot easier for a 4 spot defender to pick up a double on the 5 if hes already in the paint.

It makes a lot of sense.

And... SVG is the coach of the east this year...So, I'm pretty sure he knows what hes doing.

  • Magic's coach is an useless fat blob for not playing a traditional offense having a power forward like Bass That's why they barely win against crappy teams that have size, like Detroit.

The name says it "POWER" forward. That position on the floor is not supposed to be played on the perimeter. Gundy is a fool.

  • Get it Bass !!
