No theres nothing wrong 'bout the weather forecasts,.' There is something wrong with us!, Beacause of us, there is a "Global Warming",and now,the weather is unpredictable!.... And typhoon "FRANK" is the best example about the "Global warming" that is happening right now... 'FRANK' strikes Philippines in unpredictable directions.,He changes directions,and maintained his strong winds because of the warm waters we have by the "Global Warming" that we maid...
