It's old school but like the 1971 KING CAT 800 it became a collector's item, worth a ton today. Some day that vmax will be worth quite a bit. Heavy but a blast to rip around a field on. Still have my vmax 600 stored away.

@whoelsebutselgomez I just thought it was ironic because his firs post was SORT OF the opposite. polaris all the way though. and my summit 800 has never let me down so the reliability thhing aint an issue.

@iBikeSA your comparing todays 4 stroke yamahas to the 2 stroke ski-doos I think. In its day yamaha made some of the lightest sleds in their class. ex. exciter, phazer, vmax. Still, to bad they went 4 stroke

@suzukirider0834 well said!!!! i guess you're a bit biased towards suzuki products.....i loved the suzuki RM 250 dirt bikes....always my fave.....haven't been riding in a long time....does suzuki make side by sides and atv's?

I had a 94 v max 500. Suprisingly I could almost keep up with my buddies srx 700 tripple on the trails no problem. It turned like shit though. I've yet to ride on of the old4 cylinder v max's.
