Drought or not there was always enough water. The reason for the shutoff was that they wanted to save a 2 in fish that they could have easily kept out of the pumps. If we can put a man on the moon, we can keep a damn little fish out of a pump.

@Callhermaam Funny, you hear this story from the wingnuts, and then, when they announce that water allocations will go up 25% -- because the winter rains ended the drought -- then it's a corrupt bargain.
