  • @soleil492 ... no. Onions are full of sugar.

  • @soleil492 nah the onions have a natural sweetness that comes out after a long cooking process on low heat.

  • @soleil492 when you cook them like this the natural sugars are brought out which causes them to become. The longer you cook them the browner they will get and the sweeter they become. Although you can add sugar

  • This is more like pan fried onions. You just pan fried them til they were brown. Aren't you supposed to use brown sugar or molasses or of such sorts which makes it caramelized? Because judging from what you did the onions aren't sweet at all and caramelized onions have a sweetness to it.
