BAD KID, a one-person show by David Crabb, opens October 28th at Axis Theatre in NYC.
BAD KID is a solo show about identity, youth, isolation, and what it means to grow up "different."
It's also about drugs. Lots and lots of drugs.
Most importantly, it's about the persistent challenge of being a Goth in warm weather. Vinyl, fishnet and pancake makeup do not mix well with the Texas climate.
It's a sad thing to see.
"BAD KID is hilarious and heart-wrenching. You'll fall in love with the wonderfully colorful cast of characters that David Crabb brings so fully to life. A true spellbinder, Crabb weaves together all the adventures, discoveries and jolts of his crazy life as a goth kid back in the day when Morrissey was... queen."
