Yes, a little.. I'm just very enthusiastic about this type of music and these voices and didnt mean to come off as being insulting.. My apologies!!!

So, tell me am I crazy? Just cause I didn't get impressed by this singer as much as you did. LOL. Are you crazy?

Are you crazy? This voice is so light and lovely especially in this post.. I have heard other recordings where the chest isn''t well knit with the middle and the top, but here it's all mixed voice and head.. As they described the Castrati a voice which leaps and leaps, lightly and spontaneously like a lark. A much welcomed post. Thanks SFKCFB!!!!

Thanks for the info. I just felt like when he was pronouncing some words, he seemed to be stuck very briefly. But of course I didn't that's how it was supposed be done. Thanks again. By the way I love your Gregorio Allegri: Miserere. Patrick Husson. That one rocks. :)
I like his voice. He sounds natural. But, I'm not so sure about his techniques. It doesn't sound smooth. I might be wrong, though, perhaps, this song should be sung that way.

@nonaCbarC There are a great many trills (or, as the Baroque era called it, "shakes") throughout the aria.
