What do you mean Amendment 5 doesn't apply? I can think of plenty of things that violate it. Forced plea bargaining, overzealous prosecutors, PATRIOT Act to name a few.

how can anyone see this as a race issue? Sure America is screwed with individuals prejudice but that should not be equated with ALL Americans losing ALL freedoms. I don't care if you're white green black blue red orange...if you are in the United States this will have an impact on your life. Do something about it. Stand WITH your brother/sister for OUR country.
