This video is actually a reply to the anti-Mormon video, Bible vs Book of Mormon, which portrays a perfect Bible, and unperfect BOM. A quick read of the "about this video" would have answered your question.

It would mean that Israel's Biblical claim to the land they're now on is balderdash.

It would mean that when Ezra and Nehemiah led those Jews who were willing to leave Persia thanks to the edict of Cyrus "back" to Israel, they went to the WRONG PLACE. It makes sense: after all, it'd been 70 years, a FULL HUMAN LIFETIME!
