  • This is some good advice Boris, thanks. I tried some of it and I felt a lot more awake straight away.

    2 questions: why is it dangerous to massage the artery mentioned in the neck?

    And when I massage my left temple area I get a sharp pain down my face that seems to run along the muscles you said are for chewing and over the ear. I have had this for a while, any ideas on why and if it is muscular-skeletal?

    Glad that you like my work and find it beneficial. Carotid artery is prohibited to massage because it possibly can significant reduce heart rates. Also some elderly people, smokers est. can have their blood clot. by massaging carotid artery one can release it which will trigger brain damage or person can die. Best wishes.

    My apologies. somehow missed your 2nd question .Usually pain as you described is a symptoms of skeletal muscular component but sharp pain down to face is kind of irradiating pain that somehow evident of cranial nerve involvement. Again over tense muscles can compress nerves and techniques that I am proposing can be solution but because you have it longtime would strongly advice to see a doctor .

  • Yay, a blonde lady in a white bikini!

    Using the thumb version of this sinus stretch makes me very aware of dead skin and oils, I should find an ideal way to cleanse... maybe after this, perhaps oily is good for while massaging but I'd like to get rid of it after or be clean.

    This helps me to massage the temples in a specific place because the curve of the forehead has to match up with the curve of the thumbs otherwise it doesn't line up flatly and I feel sharp bone on bone type pain.

  • Thank you for uploading this, Boris. I work from home and have a very time consuming, stressful job. Because I'm a bit overloaded right now I've had trouble sleeping, waking up often and unable to get back to sleep, as well as pounding stress headaches. I went looking for some self massage, and by step 3 I felt about 100% better. Thank you so much :)
