She's fighting a law that says if there's a severe public danger, the state can force people to be vaccinated.

Carmen Reynolds, "I nearly died from my first vaccination as a child. Smallpox. They almost had to amputate my arm."

Retired Lieutenant Colonel Carmen Reynolds says vaccinations administered during her 20 years in the military destroyed her bodybuilder's physique inside and out.

Carmen "I was in a neck brace. I was in arm braces."

Reynolds says she suffered excruciating pain and her immune system was permanently damaged.

Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Carmen Reynolds has named Charlie Crist, Attorney General Bill McCollum and Florida Surgeon General Ana Viamonte Ros in a lawsuit in Santa Rosa County Circuit Court.

That challenges a state statute governing public health.
Chapter 381.00315(1)(b)4 says a person can be forced to be tested, vaccinated, treated, examined or quarantined for communicable diseases that have significant morbidity or mortality and present a severe danger to the public.

NAVARRE — A woman wants to take Gov. Charlie Crist to court.

Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Carmen Reynolds has named Crist, Attorney General Bill McCollum and Florida Surgeon General Ana Viamonte Ros in a lawsuit in Santa Rosa County Circuit Court that challenges a state statute governing public health.

I am retired military, so I understand about following orders and towing the line and falling in, she said. But, this is very troubling.

Reynolds, who is serving as her own attorney, is opposed to a section of the statute that allows law enforcement to use any means necessary to vaccinate a resident in case if an emergency.

Chapter 381.00315(1)(b)4 says a person can be forced to be tested, vaccinated, treated, examined or quarantined for communicable diseases that have significant morbidity or mortality and present a severe danger to the public.

Im not against all vaccines, but Im against any provision in any state statute that says we must forego all of our rights and, at the arbitrary whim of either our state government or our federal government, be subject to any and all force necessary to subject us to a vaccine. Were talking physical force, Reynolds said.

Reynolds will appear in court in October to fight a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.

Attorneys for Crist and McCollum say the case should have been filed in Tallahassee. The motion also argues that Reynolds did not have the right to file a lawsuit because she did not say how she is affected by the law.

According to the motion, A challenge to a statute may only be brought by one whose rights or duties are affected or prejudiced by it.

The motion also said Crist and McCollum should not have been named as defendants. The state official or agency responsible for enforcing the law was the only one that should be prosecuted.

Reynolds filed an objection and then filed a motion to schedule a hearing.

This is important to me because I believe it is a clear violation of many of the items in our Bill of Rights for the state of Florida and in our Florida Constitution. Its a violation of our basic rights, our due process, our ability to be free of searches and seizures, excessive punishments. It violates privacy rights and all of that is stipulated in my case, Reynolds said. Nobody should be fearful of going to bed at night and being told that they will either go into a quarantined facility or be subject to any and all force necessary.

Reynolds was forced to retire as an instructor at Hurlburt Field because of health issues. She believes her problems may have been caused by vaccinations she was required to take.

She has since written a 105-page study on vaccinations and found that there was very little quality control.

These are not tried and true vaccines. Theyre actually harmful, Reynolds said. They impact the immune system in a very negative way and theyre rushing these vaccines to production and this is all about a profit motive.

Profit or no profit, Reynolds still would disapprove of the statutes provision because it violates her rights. She said it gives the government omnipotent control.

Reynolds lawsuit is not political, but he says others would feel just as strongly about the issue if they are made aware.

Were seeing this more and more throughout our federal government and I was just shocked to find it in our state provisions, Reynolds said. We dont even know about things like this until were made to comply.

  • so get the vaccine... no one will stop you. But others have the right to their opinions and to not take it.

  • well obviously you want to have the last word. yes that's what the FDA will tell you.But unfortunately its not the truth. I'm not paranoid my main point is don't force me to take a vaccine.I will not poison my body, if you want to think all of those chemicals are ok bc of the fda good for you. I will trust what I have seen 1st hand. Shoot the FDA tries to shut down natural cures every day they work for the drug company'swake up these aren't conspiracy theories they are just plain conspiracies

  • The Nuremberg Code is supposed to protect a person from medical experimentation or abuse, and vaccines are that and no more. They cripple and kill slowly, they do not prevent disease.

  • @kbforme Yeah i know what your saying, but if any cases had lead to be believed during the Gulf War syndrome, then why would they continue to use it to this day if they know it would result in something bad? As for my reasons taking intrest in joining, well im not 100% sure about joining yet and have not come to a decision, im just trying to get information first, alot of it has to do with getting a career, since economy and job market is not so well and due to enough problems in society today.

  • @helmet122 im not an expert bro but its been speculated that the cause of gulf war syndrome and even some cases of ptsd were caused by an experimental vaccine given to troops to protect against germ warfare. i dont think its healthy at any age to inject mercury or any other poison into your body. i dont know ur situation but y do u want to join the military? y put ur ass on the line to make some old wealthy draft dodger more money? and if u do join i hope u hold tru to ur oath.

  • @kbforme Thats a shame. I heard about children that have been affected before from when given certain shots at a young age and has shown some of the results you mentioned but what about older men and women (not kids) who have been given vaccines at their age? Like who join the military, after they finished or while still in have they had negative results afterwards or years later?

  • @helmet122 all i can tell u is that when i was born my dad was a lt. colonel in the air force as a pathologist (thats a doctor/medical researcher) and i received no vaccinations as a baby, ive only ever had a tetanus shot. if u look at some numbers by independent researchers (dont trust the fda) like the massively rising rate of autistic children which happens to coincide with the rate at which they add "required vaccinations". also i know a lot of vaccines contain mercury.

  • @kbforme Do they really have bad side effects or have any affect on you later on in life or is that just a myth?

  • @helmet122 yup

  • ANy drug injected into the body could be deadly. Long term side affects will exist. The top brass in the military will never obstruct the millions of dollars paid to civilian contractors. SAd to say, all soldiers are victims and could die or be harned for life. Their children couyld carry agents in their blood stream.

  • What ever the government says, do the opposite. What ever the government says to take, DON'T! Soldiers are required by the government to DIE! That is your role in the military! Wake up, and get out!

  • @22Casey Are these anthrax vaccines required for any recruit who wants to join the military? Nayv Army, Marines, etc..?
