The Sydney Hyperbolic Crochet Coral Reef Exhibition - was the culmination of almost a year of collaboration between the Institute for Figuring and Sydney's In Stitches. The exhibit is made entirely from crocheted fibres - many recycled or reclaimed materials - to form a "Reef". The melding of Science, maths, Environmental awareness and craft arts resulted in an awe inspiring exhibition hosted by the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney, Australia between 21st - 30th August, 2009. I contributed about 25 pieces to the exhibition, and it was a lot of fun. Low lighting was a feature of the exhibition, and my video may be darker at times. Please enjoy Part 2 of 3.
