@yeahyeah1821 If running out of food had have become a real possibility I would have fished more, but, I think that particular scene was my having a really bad day more than anything - I had enough food if rationed to probably last another month if absolutely required. I did fish sometimes though, but preferred not to.

Might I ask why you don't constantly have trolling lines behind your boat? You discussed the possibility of running out of food. I would imagine that would keep a steady supply of fish coming in.

On second review, what this bloke accomplished is quite amazing. At this point of his voyage I'm sure it was a mental endurance game. And with that said, he seemed to be doing quite well. Tallyho-
