http:/www.fittwarehouse.com If you want to get strong and improve your GPP you have to incorporate the prowler and sandbags into your training regimen. we normally go low but traction was tough so we stayed with the vertical bars this morning. i didnt mean to edit it out but these guys lost there NO_Xplode right after this saturday morning circuit.
