【材料】:鯛魚 3片、洋蔥 1個、蛋 1個、白芝麻 適量、白飯 1碗
【調味料】:醬油 半碗、糖 2大匙、米酒 2大匙、胡椒粉 1小匙、七味粉 1/2小匙
【做法】:
1、鯛魚加入醬油、糖、酒,醃漬半天,放入鍋中加入水一起煮至熟。
2、鍋中加入水、醬油、鯛魚、酒、糖、胡椒粉,煮滾後再加入炒熟的芝麻,即完成鯛魚。
3、另一鍋,將洋蔥切絲放入鍋中炒至呈透明變軟後,加入醬油、酒、糖煮致濃稠後,加入全蛋拌勻;
4、煮至半熟後盛起,放在白飯上;
5、再放上鯛魚、撒上七味粉、芝麻即完成。
