Roebling Road Double Drivers School - T1 Corvette Z06

Sorry about the poor quality! This camera has an optical image stabilizer (not digital) and it struggled to make good video all weekend. This is Sunday practice at the Roebling Road double drivers school on Feb 3rd, 2008. We were taking it pretty easy by this point, but the lines are pretty decent. Car is a fully T1 prepped 2001 Corvette Z06.

Wow, that T1 suspesion pretty much eliminates body roll completely. The body roll in my stock suspension is very evident in my videos.

You konw - I guess I hadn't noticed it, but you're right - it's very flat. I can say that the "feel" of this car is very similar to what my stock '02 is, the limits are all just a little higher!

A second or so easy eh...You sound like a true weekend warrior.

Giving up too much speed at end of straight. Carry a bit more into corner and use end of turn 1 as final brake/scrub zone before turning right into 2/3. Good lap though but I think that tip could help you shave a second or so easy.

Nice run, kinda bouncy though. Looks like fun. Maybe someday we'll come out for a race.
