hi Alia, this is no doubt a great cake. I have tried to make this cake twice by following your recipe exactly, however, every time my egg yolk looks really thick as compared to what I have seen in your video! What do u think what could I be doing wrong in there? Thanks in advance...

The original 3 leches has goat's milk, cow's milk and condensed milk (hence the name 3 leches=3 milks) not heavy cream which is a crema not leche. try it, you'll like it too.
