@DjMontana42X The movie was about Tuco not Blondie. Tuco was the main character, Blondie was simply the catalyst for the plot. They went in to some detail about Tuco's past and his family, and he's the one with the strongest motivation.

Tuco does say "Blondie" throughout the film, but in his last lines it sounds like he says, "Hey Blond." Maybe it's because he was super pissed, what with that rope around his neck for so long!
