The product doesn't work.... otherwise they would not have taken the hamster out. It must crush and then pop back into shape again, which is not good news for any electrical device (or hamster) you decide to put in there)

@christoffff It actually works fine. The only reason we took out the hamster was because we knew everyone would freak out if we left it in.
