Im surprised the racing tires did that good though.

i wish they made Mustangs AWD

Pickups can be dangerous in winter because there is such little weight in the back end. They tend to have higher ground clearance which is good for a lot of snow but they can be tricky to drive on icy roads without stability control. I've seen lots of truck guys lose control on slippery roads with 2wd pickups because the back end breaks loose so quickly.

@pcmr57 well ur right the only rwd drive vehicle i have driven in the winter is a pickup but i dont think that compares
-
That works on drive pavement only my friend. You must have never driven in snow with front and rear wheel drive vehicles to compare. You will get much better traction with a front wheel drive in snow. The weight of the engine sits on the drive wheels plus you get steering input as opposed to front and rear direction only.

@pcmr57 rear wheel drives actualy get battter traction cause when u take off all the momentum make the wieght go to the back so it gets better traction
-
@hummerkid11 that just maybe.... just maybe is ur problem

wow we only had a snow day when it snowed 36 inch in 1 night

Yes. the car has traction control... but it doesn't help much on a hill in the snow.
