Stereo Mix: Dont need it XSplit does it for you.
Minimize XSplit for more performance
umm.......
Set your mic to default device on Win7
If your volume is loud for you it will probably be VERY loud for the stream. TURN IT DOWN. i've seen this countless times..

@ThePibjelly Increas your audio quality in the edit channel settings, if its too low it'll sound like your in a bucket
