my daughter is heart disease patient also, when she was 1 month and a half, she went to hospital cause of milk suffocate, idk she was a koma patient, not even long by then, the doc told me she is heart disease patient, kind single venticle she must had heart surgery when she just 2 month, n 3 month for move her stomuch down to right situation, her next heart surgery is next year and 1 another when she growth. (sorry for my poor english)

Beautiful video! And such a bittersweet gift of receiving the donor heart. I am so glad I saw this video - it's good to be reminded of the blessing in our lives. I am so thankful for my beautiful, healthy baby boy..I'm going to hug him extra tight when he wakes up! I am already listed as an organ donor.
Ava is BEAUTIFUL! Is there anywhere that we can follow her journey?

So sorry for the loss of Ava. Thank you for sharing her life with us. My daughter was 3 months early, however she is now a spunky 11 month old, so yes I believe in miracles.
