  • Good evening. I apologize for not responding sooner but I have been traveling non-stop this month on a speaking tour with the new book. Let me know which part of this video excerpt caused you to believe I am promoting "misleading" customers. The concept behind social "proof" involves "proof" or credible information. I go overboard in my speeches to reinforce the social "proof" must be honest and sincere. Let me know what caused you to come to a different conclusion. Thanks! Jim Ryerson
