  • could this software work with a 3 axis CNC?

  • This is a 3 axis machine using a rotary table as the third axis. You just fool the machine and tell it is doing level work

  • If you really think so, let's see yours!

  • Pretty.

  • I put this up as a visual to explain to qualified woodworkers what could be done with a CNC machine & EnRoute software. It never occurred to me that anyone else would be interested. It is a display helix, the internal cylinder rotates to show 7 lines of text through the viewing port. I do not think that many people would be able to afford the $650 price to get one custom made. "Tis not an easy thing to do, but the finished product in Ash is a thing of beauty and a joy to own.

  • what a waste of space....

  • We are all here to drink Beer and be abused.

  • @backspacecows01 I, too enjoy beer. I enjoy your company.

  • The video was posted as a challenge for clever folks to try and duplicate.

It is hardly something that is commercially viable.

I'm not even sure I remember all the steps required, but it took me a long time.

  • Surely you could have posted this vid showing material removal.

It looks a great machine I assume its a commercial model?

  • Interesting
