I don't no what is worse the comments or the video. However these comments are just singular words, this women is in a position of power, authority and responsibility and was actively racist.

The farmer was interviewed and he doesn't appear to be someone who is "trying to show he is superior". That is how she judged him, and it appears that it may have been a false interpretation. Whether her interpretation was based on a prejudice on her own part, she flatly said she "didn't give him the full force" of her ability to help, It certainly appears that consideration of his race was a factor in her interpretation, her subsequent actions, and the response from the audience.
