it looks good, i went for a physical and my cholesterol was through the roof and i was malnourished on the atkins diet but i lost 29 lbs in 3 weeks, i got off the diet 2 wks ago and so far ive gained 9 lbs back :(

Wow; 29 lbs. in 3 weeks is excellent. The good news is: You are still down 20 lbs! I’m not a doctor or a dietician; but you may want to try to eat well balanced, portion controlled meals, and incorporate exercise --- I think you will still continue to lose. I read an article about a tennis star (whose name escapes me now) who lost a lot of weight by just walking as her only form of exercise; and eating healthy well-balanced meals in moderate portions. GOOD LUCK!
